Didgeridoo sound cannot leave you untouched: some find it sweet and relaxing, others powerful and full of energy. Didgeridoo is an instrument also used in music therapy, since its continuous sound and basical note create beneficial vibrations very useful for meditation, relax and anti-stress techniques. Learning to play the didgeridoo with its particular continuous blowing technique, allows greater breathing knowledge and control, with all psycho- physical benefits this can involve. (A.Bartos)
